* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest California, including the following
counties, San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara.

* WHEN...Until 630 PM PDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 435 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Cuyama, and Highway 166 between Twitchell Dam and the Cuyama
Valley.

to 3 PM PDT Saturday. For the Gale Warning, from 3 PM Saturday
to 9 PM PDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will create dangerous sea conditions
which could capsize or damage small and large vessels.
